One of the most challenging years of our time has come and gone.

As we look forward, we cannot underestimate the value of learning from the past year and the unique challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The lessons learned will inform the strategies for growth in 2021 and beyond, not only for Credit Bank but all businesses globally.

The milestones that we achieved in 2020, culminating in the launch of our Konnect Prepaid Card in partnership with Visa, and being among only seven banks selected to pilot the Government’s Credit Guarantee Scheme, have served as a motivation for us to continue innovating to improving our value to you.
