enterprise systems and providing exceptional customer experience through customer-facing channels. She has driven key ICT initiatives and projects that have transformed Digital Banking in the marketplace leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative Digital products.

In the Banking sector, she has steered ICT operations on core banking and supporting applications to achieve 24/7 system availability by employing strategies in operational system monitoring, and incident management as well as ensuring robustness in cyber security approaches. In various roles, she has driven the digital strategy in Banking by delivering digital transformation initiatives that cut across
various business lines as well as crafting innovative digital products that pursue new frontiers of Banking anchored on customer convenience and accessibility of financial solutions.
