She has valuable experience in managing and optimizing contact centre operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient customer support and service delivery.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Moi University and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in Kenya.
Judith’s primary focus and forte lie in creating and implementing customer-centric strategies that enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. She excels in understanding customer needs and preferences, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at every touchpoint. Judith has accumulated remarkable progressive working experience; seven years of which have been at Credit Bank , where she has played a pivotal role in enhancing the Bank’s customer experience as well as stakeholder relationships.
