2. Mobile Banking
Our Mobile Banking Solution allows you to pocket your bank, taking it with you wherever you go.
You can access our Mo’ Friendly Mobile Banking service either by dialing *699# or downloading the Credit Bank App from the App Store.
To register for mobile banking, all you have to do is download the Mobile Banking application form. Fill it and drop it at any of our branches. You can also visit any of our branches and fill the application form from there.
You will be sent an activation code and PIN that you will be prompted to change once you are logged in.
To use any of the Mobile Banking Services, simply follow the prompts.
To transfer funds from Mpesa to your Account, please use the paybill menu on Mpesa and enter the business number 972700 followed by your account number.
