Mr. Kingori is a qualified Business Management graduate with 10 years’ wide experience in different aspects of business development within the banking sector having held various positions in Relationship management, Business development, Sales management and direct sales delivery in Credit Bank, NIC Bank and Barclays Bank. Kingori has grown his career through hands on experience and formal training from a Direct Sales Advisor, to Sales and Branch management, Relationship Management at SME & Corporate level to the current Senior Manager Position. The exposure has led to great learning and achievements within the banking industry with notable recognition as the best Business Development Manager at NIC Bank in the Year 2009/2010 and the best Sales manager Country wide in Barclays bank in 2009 in Tutaweza Campaign. He has also been involved in the development of sales, relationship management and branch teams from inception to branch managers and business development officers/ Managers through coaching and talent identification in order to drive performance.
He has a strong track record in delivery of superior performance, be it at the individual level or through other people and teams. His ambition in CBL is to develop a robust Relationship Management team for the Corporate and SME Segment which will grow the business, deliver great results and nurture the existing clientele base.
