June 2020, Nairobi- Kenya, Credit Bank PLC early this year announces achievement of a prestigious certifications ISO 9001: 2015.
Credit Bank PLC has achieved certification to ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management System Standard in year 2020 amidst a challenging front. Credit Bank is amongst the few organizations in the financial services sector in Kenya to attain this feat.
The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification is proof that the Bank demonstrates ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer needs as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Receiving the Certificate on behalf of the Bank, the CEO of Credit Bank, Mrs. Betty Korir, reiterated the Bank’s commitment to quality standards and the emphasis placed on ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of complaints that might arise with any of its services.
Mrs. Korir said: “The Bank’s attainment of this feat reassures our customers of the Bank’s resilience and continuous improvements in line with global best practice,” she stated
